The Xiamen Torch Development Zone for High Technology Industries in East China's Fujian province launched a talent introduction program for college graduates on March 15.
The Xiamen Torch Academy organized multiple enterprises in the zone to visit Fujian University of Technology.

A total of 18 enterprises and six schools at the university discussed talent transfer and training mechanisms, and the establishment of a government-university-enterprise employment and internship base.
They also exchanged views on employment standards, job requirements, industry-education integration, professional talent cultivation, and students' employability. The two sides proposed to expand innovation and broaden approaches for cooperation.

A job fair was also held at the university. Twenty key enterprises in the zone provided nearly 700 job opportunities and offered one-stop recruitment services. More than 300 students attending the fair learned about the job requirements and relevant policies, and delivered a total of 400 resumes.

Meanwhile, the high-tech zone opened a talent policy promotion area at the job fair to explain policies on living subsidies, housing security and household registration for new graduates.
