Huang Genggeng, budget director of Xiamen Airlines' Planning and Finance Department, gave a lecture on the development of Xiamen Airlines' general financial management system, as well as its engagement in business-finance integration and benefit promotion.

The goal of Xiamen Airlines' business and finance is to ensure sustainable profitability and its escalating financial management has always aimed at empowering its business, said Huang Huozao, deputy general manager of the company.
Xiamen Airlines' financial management system has been upgraded to better fulfill the requirements of sustainable and high-quality development, he added.

At the graduation ceremony, Qiu Ying from Xiamen Jiarong Technology Co Ltd shared her insights after participating in the program. She highlighted the transformation from financial accounting to management accounting, the significance of a systematic thought pattern, and the importance of risk control and treatment.
“I hope this program will be a fresh start for us to put what we have learned into practice and help raise the value of our job as financial management personnel,” Qiu said.
