The professional competency program for young talents aims to provide customized comprehensive training for young talents at different stages of their careers, assist them to reshape character cognition, develop professional literacy and skills, shorten the HR training time for enterprises, build a gathering place of human resources for the high-tech zone, cultivate young talents and contribute to the high quality development of Xiamen's economy. The program is open for fresh graduates and reserve management staff with three to five years of work experience. By September 2022, the program has invited 21 professors and set up three sessions for fresh graduates and two classes for the reserve management staff, covering 302 people from 123 enterprises.
